We are looking for an experienced salesperson who can create a sales department within our business.

Founded in 2014, The AntiSocial Engineer is an ethical social engineering company based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. We help organisations protect themselves against online attacks by providing a range of testing and training services.

The business has organically grown with a small team to where it is today, we would like to continue this growth by incorporating someone dedicated to growing sales within the business. However sales is done, it must remain professional.

Our ideal candidate will be capable of starting from a blank slate, creating a sales strategy, maintaining a CRM and managing their sales funnel.


Role requirements:

  • Experienced with business to business sales.
  • Proven sales record or achievements, something that can help us validate your experience.
  • Able to independently create leads by researching potential customers, booking demonstrations, onboarding and helping customers to get the most from our services.
  • We are an IT security business, experience in this sector is advantageous but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to help you understand our products and services.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to build on new and existing customer relationships.
  • Provide information and guidance to customers on our services, often through video conferencing.

 

Benefits:

Salary:

We provide a base salary of £28,000P/A, it is also expected that successful candidates will receive a simple and fair commission based on sales.
